Instructions
- In a glass, muddle the watermelon, lime juice, mint leaves, and jalapeño slices.
- Add the white rum and simple syrup.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Top with a splash of soda water.
- Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig or watermelon wedge.
Notes
- For a less spicy drink, remove the jalapeño seeds before muddling.
