Ingredients

- 2 oz Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Ice
- Garnish: Cherry or Lemon Twist
Instructions
- Combine whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds (dry shake).
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into a coupe or rocks glass with or without ice.
- Garnish with a cherry or lemon twist.
Notes
- Use very fresh eggs for the egg white.
- Ensure a tight seal on your shaker during the dry shake.
- Adjust simple syrup to your sweetness preference.
