Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the sausage, sliced peppers, and sliced onion on a large baking sheet.
- Drizzle the vegetables and sausage with olive oil.
- Sprinkle oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over everything.
- Toss the ingredients gently on the pan to coat evenly.
- Spread the sausage and vegetables into a single layer.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning the sausage and stirring the vegetables halfway through, until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
