Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- Ice
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In a pitcher, combine tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Stir well.
- Fill a martini glass with ice.
- Add a few cooked meatballs to the glass.
- Pour the tomato-infused vodka mixture over the meatballs and ice.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately.

- You can prepare the meatballs ahead of time and reheat before serving.
- Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your preference.
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
