Description

A refreshing non-alcoholic Paloma mocktail with a hint of rosemary and a salted rim.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • Ice cubes

  • Grapefruit slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip the rim in salt.
