Description
A refreshing non-alcoholic Paloma mocktail with a hint of rosemary and a salted rim.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- Ice cubes
- Salt for rimming the glass
- Grapefruit slice for garnish
Instructions
- Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip the rim in salt.
- Gently muddle the rosemary sprig in the bottom of the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the grapefruit juice, sparkling water, lime juice, and simple syrup (if using).
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a grapefruit slice and additional rosemary sprig if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of simple syrup to your preferred sweetness.
- For a spicier kick, add a small slice of jalapeño when muddling the rosemary.
- You can substitute sparkling water with grapefruit-flavored soda for a sweeter drink.
