Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the puffed rice cereal, shredded cheddar cheese, flour, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Pour the melted butter over the dry ingredients and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Add the lightly beaten egg white and mix until the cereal mixture holds together slightly.
