Description
A refreshing and floral gin cooler with the tartness of rhubarb and the sweetness of rose.
Ingredients

- 2 oz gin
- 3 oz rhubarb syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz rose water
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Fresh mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
- Combine gin, rhubarb syrup, lemon juice, and rose water in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your preference by adding more or less rhubarb syrup.
- Use a good quality gin for best results.
