Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Secure the lid.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of extra milk and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sweetener to your taste preference.
- For a thicker smoothie, use less liquid or add a few ice cubes before blending.
