Description
A refreshing homemade lemonade flavored with fresh raspberries and peaches.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh peach slices
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine sugar and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely to make a simple syrup. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a blender, combine raspberries, peach slices, and 1/2 cup of the cooled simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the raspberry-peach mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing on the solids to extract all liquid. Discard the solids.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and the remaining 3 cups of cold water to the pitcher.
- Stir in the remaining simple syrup to taste, adjusting sweetness as needed.
- Chill the lemonade for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve over ice. Garnish with fresh raspberries or peach slices if desired.
Notes
- For a sparkling version, substitute 1 cup of the cold water with club soda or sparkling water.
- If you prefer a less sweet drink, start with less simple syrup and add more gradually.
