- 4 cups brewed black tea, chilled
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
- Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brew black tea and let it cool completely. Chill in the refrigerator.
- In a blender, combine the chilled tea, fresh raspberries, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds and pulp. Discard solids.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the raspberry lemon tea mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and lemon slices, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a less sweet mocktail, reduce or omit the simple syrup.
- You can make simple syrup by heating equal parts sugar and water until the sugar dissolves, then letting it cool.
