Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar (adjust to taste)
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions
- In a blender, combine raspberries, 2 cups of water, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds.
- Add the remaining 2 cups of water, chia seeds, and honey or agave nectar to the pitcher.
- Stir well to combine.
- Let the mixture sit for at least 15-20 minutes, or until the chia seeds have gelled. Stir occasionally.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- For a thicker drink, add more chia seeds.
- You can add other fruits like strawberries or blueberries.
