  3. Add the remaining 2 cups of water, chia seeds, and honey or agave nectar to the pitcher.
  4. Stir well to combine.
  5. Let the mixture sit for at least 15-20 minutes, or until the chia seeds have gelled. Stir occasionally.
  6. Serve chilled.
