Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Pour ranch dressing over the pork chops.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
- Transfer skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
