Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Combine the rinsed quinoa and 4 cups of water in a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl or pitcher. Discard the pulp.
  5. Stir in sweetener and vanilla extract, if using.
