Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or container.
  2. Stir well until everything is mixed.
  3. Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  4. Stir before serving.
  5. Add toppings if desired.

Notes

  • Use canned pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
  • Adjust maple syrup amount based on your sweetness preference.
  • For a thicker consistency, add one more teaspoon of chia seeds.
