Simple recipe for make-ahead pumpkin spice flavored oats.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar or container.
- Stir well until everything is mixed.
- Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Stir before serving.
- Add toppings if desired.
Notes
- Use canned pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
- Adjust maple syrup amount based on your sweetness preference.
- For a thicker consistency, add one more teaspoon of chia seeds.
