Description
A quick and simple stir fry featuring pre-made potstickers and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 package (about 12 oz) frozen potstickers
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Cook the potstickers according to package directions until golden brown and heated through. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add broccoli and carrots. Stir fry for 3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add the red bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Stir fry for 2 more minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the cooked potstickers and sesame oil. Toss gently to coat everything.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute frozen dumplings for potstickers if desired.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
- Use any firm vegetables you have on hand, such as snap peas or mushrooms.
