A creamy and refreshing dessert drink made with citrus and cream.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Combine heavy cream and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a gentle simmer. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Whisk in lemon juice, lime juice, and vanilla extract (if using).
- Pour mixture into glasses or ramekins.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Notes
- For a stronger citrus flavor, add more lemon or lime juice.
- You can serve with berries or cookies.
