A fun and vibrant layered jelly shot with fruity flavors and a touch of fizz.
Ingredients

- 1 (3 ounce) package lime flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water, divided
- ½ cup cold water, divided
- ½ cup vodka, divided
- 1 (3 ounce) package cherry flavored gelatin
- ½ cup champagne
Instructions
- Dissolve lime gelatin in ½ cup boiling water. Stir in ¼ cup cold water and ¼ cup vodka.
- Pour into 12 (2-ounce) plastic cups or shot glasses, filling each about halfway. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
- Dissolve cherry gelatin in remaining ½ cup boiling water. Stir in remaining ¼ cup cold water and ¼ cup vodka.
- Let cool slightly, then carefully pour over the set lime layer. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
- Just before serving, top each shot with a splash of champagne.

- Ensure each layer is fully set before adding the next.
- Chill the champagne well before adding.
