A simple, refreshing smoothie made with pineapple and passion fruit.
Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp (about 3–4 fruits)
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Place frozen pineapple, passion fruit pulp, coconut water, and lime juice into a blender.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of extra coconut water until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh passion fruit pulp for the best flavor.
- For a colder smoothie, freeze the coconut water into ice cubes beforehand.
