Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 cup fresh peach slices
- 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add the dried hibiscus flowers. Let steep for 5-10 minutes, until the water is a deep red color.
- Strain the hibiscus tea through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, discarding the flowers.
- Add the fresh peach slices, honey or agave nectar, and lemon juice to the pitcher.
- Stir well to combine and dissolve the sweetener.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the Peach Hibiscus Cooler over ice, garnished with fresh mint sprigs.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less honey or agave nectar.
- For a sparkling version, top off each glass with a splash of club soda.
- You can also add other fruits like raspberries or strawberries for extra flavor.
