Instructions

  2. Cut the peeled and pitted peaches into chunks.
  3. In a blender, combine the peach chunks, cooled simple syrup, 1/2 cup cold water, and ice cubes.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the peach drink into glasses.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs if desired. Serve immediately.
