A refreshing twist on the classic Whiskey Sour, featuring the tropical tang of passionfruit.
Ingredients

- 50 ml Whiskey
- 25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 25 ml Passionfruit Puree
- 15 ml Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White (optional)
- Ice
- Passionfruit half or slice, for garnish
Instructions
- If using, dry shake the egg white in a shaker for 15-20 seconds until frothy.
- Add the whiskey, lemon juice, passionfruit puree, simple syrup, and ice to the shaker.
- If using egg white, add it to the shaker with the other ingredients.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a passionfruit half or slice.
Notes
- Adjust simple syrup to your sweetness preference.
- For a vegan option, omit the egg white or use aquafaba.
