- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Rub the olive oil all over the pork chops.
- Evenly coat the pork chops with the spice mixture.
- Place the seasoned pork chops on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a sprig of rosemary or thyme to the baking sheet.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of your pork chops.
