A refreshing iced hibiscus tea, perfect for a warm day.
Ingredients

- 8 cups water
- 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add dried hibiscus flowers.
- Steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the tea to remove hibiscus flowers.
- Stir in sugar and lime juice until sugar is dissolved.
- Let cool completely.
- Serve over ice.

- Adjust sugar to your preference.
- Add other fruits like oranges or berries for extra flavor.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
