- ½ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz aquafaba or egg white (optional)
- Garnish: Lemon slice and a cherry
Instructions
- If using aquafaba or egg white, combine all ingredients (except garnish) in a shaker without ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to emulsify.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry.
- If not using aquafaba or egg white, simply combine ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake, and strain.
