Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats and powdered sugar until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Lift the bars out using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
