Simple, quick bars made with peanut butter and oats that require no oven time.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats and powdered sugar until everything is evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Lift the bars out using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
Notes
- For cleaner cuts, chill the bars completely before slicing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
