Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup granulated sugar in a bowl. Pour in melted butter and mix until crumbs are moistened. Press mixture evenly into the bottoms of 6 standard muffin cups lined with paper liners. Chill crusts for 15 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  5. Spoon the filling evenly over the chilled crusts.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  7. Remove liners before serving.

Notes

  • You can top these cheesecakes with a drizzle of melted chocolate or extra peanut butter before serving.
  • For a firmer texture, you can freeze these for up to one week. Thaw slightly before eating.
