- 2 cups brewed white tea, chilled
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Orange slices, for garnish
- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- Brew white tea and let it cool completely.
- In a pitcher, combine chilled white tea, orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Stir well to combine.
- Fill glasses with ice.
- Pour the white tea mixture into the glasses, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda.
- Garnish with orange slices and mint sprigs.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a sweeter mocktail, add more simple syrup.
- For a less sweet mocktail, reduce or omit the simple syrup.
- You can substitute grapefruit juice for orange juice for a different citrus flavor.
- Prepare the white tea and chill it ahead of time to save time.
