A festive non-alcoholic punch perfect for New Year’s Eve celebrations, featuring toasted vanilla and sweet fig flavors.
Ingredients

- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 cup fig preserves
- 1/2 cup toasted vanilla syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Sparkling water or club soda, to top
- Fresh cranberries and lime slices, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl, whisk together cranberry juice, pineapple juice, fig preserves, toasted vanilla syrup, lime juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg until the fig preserves are well combined.
- Chill the mixture for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, gently stir in sparkling water or club soda to add effervescence.
- Serve the punch over ice, garnished with fresh cranberries and lime slices.
Notes
- To toast vanilla, split a vanilla bean and scrape the seeds into a saucepan with 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Heat gently until the sugar dissolves, then let it steep for at least 30 minutes before straining.
- You can make the punch base ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. Add the sparkling water just before serving.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less fig preserves or toasted vanilla syrup to your preference.
