A simple and elegant peach bellini perfect for celebrating New Year’s Eve.
Ingredients

- 1 bottle (750ml) Prosecco or other dry sparkling wine, chilled
- 1 cup peach puree or nectar
- 2 tablespoons peach schnapps (optional)
Instructions
- Chill your Prosecco thoroughly.
- Pour 1-2 tablespoons of peach puree into each champagne flute.
- Add 1 tablespoon of peach schnapps if using.
- Slowly top with chilled Prosecco.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, use sparkling white grape juice instead of Prosecco and omit the peach schnapps.
- You can make your own peach puree by blending fresh or frozen peaches and straining them.
