- 2 cups mandarin orange juice
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- Mandarin orange slices for garnish
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine the mandarin orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup if using. Stir well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, gently stir in the sparkling water or club soda.
- Pour the sparkler into chilled glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a mandarin orange slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
Notes
- For a sweeter drink, you can increase the amount of simple syrup.
- If you don’t have mandarin orange juice, you can substitute with regular orange juice.
