A refreshing and festive sparkling punch perfect for New Year’s Eve celebrations.
Ingredients

- 2 cups hibiscus tea, chilled
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 bottle (750ml) sparkling wine or club soda, chilled
- Fresh cranberries and lime slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl, combine the chilled hibiscus tea, cranberry juice, orange juice, and lime juice.
- Stir in the simple syrup, if using.
- Just before serving, gently pour in the chilled sparkling wine or club soda.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and lime slices.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, use club soda or ginger ale instead of sparkling wine.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
- You can make the base mixture ahead of time and refrigerate. Add the sparkling wine just before serving.
