- 6 ounces champagne or prosecco, chilled

Instructions
- In a sturdy glass, gently muddle the mint leaves with the lime wedges and sugar.
- Add the white rum to the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Top with chilled champagne or prosecco.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and lime slices.
Notes
- For a less sweet drink, reduce the amount of sugar.
- You can substitute simple syrup for granulated sugar if preferred.
