Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 4 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • Orange slices, for garnish
  • Rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine honey and water in a small saucepan. Heat gently until honey is dissolved. Let cool to make a honey syrup.
  2. In a pitcher, combine honey syrup, lemon juice, and orange juice.
  3. Chill the mixture thoroughly.
  4. Just before serving, add sparkling water or club soda to the pitcher.
  5. Pour into glasses filled with ice.
  6. Garnish with orange slices and rosemary sprigs.

Notes

  • The honey syrup can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey syrup.
  • For an alcoholic version, add a shot of vodka or prosecco to each glass.
