A refreshing and festive non-alcoholic drink perfect for New Year’s Eve celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 4 cups sparkling water or club soda
- Orange slices, for garnish
- Rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine honey and water in a small saucepan. Heat gently until honey is dissolved. Let cool to make a honey syrup.
- In a pitcher, combine honey syrup, lemon juice, and orange juice.
- Chill the mixture thoroughly.
- Just before serving, add sparkling water or club soda to the pitcher.
- Pour into glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish with orange slices and rosemary sprigs.
Notes
- The honey syrup can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey syrup.
- For an alcoholic version, add a shot of vodka or prosecco to each glass.
