Instructions
- Combine vodka, lime juice, simple syrup (if using), Angostura bitters, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a copper mug or champagne flute filled with fresh ice.
- Top with ginger beer and champagne.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and candied ginger.
