Ingredients

- 2 bottles (750ml each) chilled pink champagne
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup simple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- Fresh cranberries and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Combine chilled pink champagne, cranberry juice, simple syrup, and lime juice in a large freezer-safe container.
- Stir well.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm enough to scoop.
- Scoop the slush into glasses.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and mint sprigs before serving.

- Adjust sweetness by modifying the amount of simple syrup.
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute sparkling white grape juice for champagne.
