A refreshing and festive cocktail perfect for ringing in the New Year.
Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup Prosecco or other sparkling wine
- 1/4 cup peach schnapps
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup (optional, to taste)
- Mint sprig for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine frozen mango chunks, Prosecco, peach schnapps, and lime juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and slushy. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water or more Prosecco.
- Taste and add simple syrup if you prefer a sweeter drink. Blend again to combine.
- Pour the mixture into chilled champagne flutes or cocktail glasses.
- Garnish with a mint sprig if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the Prosecco and peach schnapps with sparkling white grape juice and a splash of mango nectar.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
- You can prepare the mango mixture in advance and store it in the freezer. Add the sparkling wine just before serving.
