  • 1/4 oz absinthe

Instructions

  2. In a mixing glass, muddle the sugar cube with bitters.
  3. Add rye whiskey and ice to the mixing glass.
  4. Stir until well-chilled.
  5. Strain into the prepared glass.
  6. Express the oil from a lemon peel over the drink and discard the peel.
