A simple recipe for a spicy and cheesy buffalo chicken melt sandwich.

- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 4 slices bread
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce and softened cream cheese in a bowl until combined.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices of bread, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly over the two bread slices in the skillet.
- Top the chicken mixture with two slices of cheddar cheese on each sandwich.
- Place the remaining two slices of bread on top, butter-side up.
- Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet and slice in half.
Notes
- You can adjust the amount of buffalo sauce for your preferred spice level.
- Use your favorite type of bread for this sandwich.
