Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, cooled coffee, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s directions, usually about 20 to 25 minutes, until the mixture resembles soft serve.
- Transfer the frozen yogurt to an airtight container.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use cold brew concentrate instead of brewed coffee.
- If you do not have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a shallow metal pan and freeze, stirring vigorously every 30 minutes for 3 to 4 hours.
