Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, cooled coffee, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
  3. Churn according to the manufacturer’s directions, usually about 20 to 25 minutes, until the mixture resembles soft serve.
  4. Transfer the frozen yogurt to an airtight container.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use cold brew concentrate instead of brewed coffee.
