- 6 sprigs fresh mint
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup
- 1 cup tonic water
- Ice
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Gently muddle the mint sprigs in the bottom of a glass.
- Add the lemon juice and simple syrup to the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour the tonic water over the ice.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with lemon slices.
