  • 4 cups clamato juice
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (like Tapatio or Cholula)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Avocado slices, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • Tortilla chips or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the clamato juice, ketchup, lime juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
  2. Add the chopped cilantro, red onion, cucumber, and tomato to the sauce mixture. Mix to combine.
  3. Gently stir in the cooked shrimp.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve in individual glasses or bowls. Garnish with avocado slices and lime wedges. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
