  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the vegan pie crust on a baking sheet.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, plant-based milk, cornstarch, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
