- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
- Brush half of the glaze mixture evenly over the tops of the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 5 to 8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute whiskey for bourbon if desired.
- For extra flavor, broil the salmon for the last 1-2 minutes to caramelize the glaze, watching closely to prevent burning.
