- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Combine frozen mango, chopped carrots, orange juice, and plain yogurt in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add honey and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thinner smoothie, add more orange juice.
- For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen mango or a few ice cubes.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for plain yogurt for extra protein.
