Simple baked cauliflower bites seasoned with lemon and black pepper.

- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, and lemon pepper seasoning over the cauliflower. Toss again until the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are lightly browned and tender.
- Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can toss the florets with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch before adding the oil and seasoning.
- You can increase the lemon pepper seasoning to 1.5 teaspoons if you prefer a stronger flavor.
