Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to create a packet.
  4. Brush the lemon butter mixture generously over the salmon.
  5. Close the foil packet around the salmon, ensuring it is sealed.
  6. Place the foil packet on the preheated grill.
  7. Grill for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
