- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

- 1/4 cup simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

Instructions
- Combine watermelon, mint leaves, and lime juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Stir in simple syrup if desired.
- Fill glasses with ice.
- Pour the watermelon mixture over ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and small watermelon cubes if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
