Ingredients

- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 jalapeño, sliced
- 2 oz mezcal
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz agave nectar
- Ice
- Tajin, for rimming
Instructions
- Rim a glass with Tajin.
- In a shaker, muddle pineapple and jalapeño.
- Add mezcal, lime juice, and agave nectar.
- Fill shaker with ice and shake well.
- Strain into the prepared glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge or jalapeño slice.
