Ingredients

- 1 large cucumber
- 1–2 jalapeños, seeds removed
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup agave nectar or simple syrup
- Ice
Instructions
- Peel and chop the cucumber.
- Roughly chop the jalapeños.
- Blend the cucumber, jalapeños, and water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve.
- Discard the solids.
- Stir in the lime juice and agave nectar.
- Fill glasses with ice.
- Pour the cucumber-jalapeño mixture over ice.
- Garnish with cucumber slices and jalapeño rings if desired.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust the amount of jalapeño based on your spice preference.
- For a sweeter drink, add more agave nectar.
