Ingredients

- 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine chopped kiwis, spinach, coconut water, and lime juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- If using, add honey or agave nectar and blend again briefly.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the mocktail over the ice.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thinner consistency, add more coconut water.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- You can substitute kale for spinach if desired.
